Until the exhibit's restoration in 1982, his recorded voice was heard as the narrator in Atlanta, Ga's famous Cyclorama of the Battle of Atlanta. This came about because of Jory's famous appearance as Jonas Wilkerson, the overseer, in the 1939 film classic "Gone With the Wind". In 1982, his recording was replaced by one featuring the voice of James Earl Jones. more
